Accident horror in lifting the 2012 Olympics

Matthias Steiner was unable to defend his Olympic gold medal in the 105kg male content for a very unfortunate accident. When challenged at 196kg weightlifting, athletes Germans had lost balance and fell straight down to the bar in the early weights. He immediately left to play and go check. Fortunately, Steiner did not encounter too severe injuries.
